Notes: | Herb; Notes: Small bushy annual herb, up to 30 cm high. Stem basally slightly woody, densely branched, dark brown to green-brown with dense white velutinous indumentum. Leaves alternate, paripinnate; stipules paired, linear, acutely tapering, 6 mm long; petiole short, 5 mm long, stout, densely pubescent; rachis 2-6 cm long, straight to ascending apical bearing 40 pinna pairs; lamina lanceolate in broad outline; pinna somewhat falcate, 4-5 x 1-1.5 mm, apex apiculate, base oblique, folded closed along midrib, yellow-green with dense, short, white, curly indumentum. Flowers solitary, axillary, 7 mm in diameter; petals 5, free, pale yellow, obovate; sepals 5, greenish, densely pubescent. Pod flattened, elongate, apiculate, up to 30 x 4 x 1 mm. |
