Perennial herbs. Leaves 3-pinnate with very finely divided ultimate segments. Umbels compound; calyx teeth obsolete; petals with strongly inflexed apices. Mature fruit pyriform; stylopodium low-conical; styles short, blunt and deflexed; mericarps slightly dorsally compressed, ribs only slightly developed. Vittae prominent in the mature fruit, 3 in each furrow and 4–6 on the commissure face. Endosperm somewhat curved on the inner face. Carpophore slightly 2-fid at the apex. Species 1 Worldwide: Species 1. Malawi: 1 taxon. |
