Comment: This genus has been provisionally reinstalled by Goyder et Al. in Flora Zambesiaca 7(2): 245, 2022 to place a single species endemic to Mt Mulanje in Malawi. It comes with the following note: This species was excluded from Schizoglossum by Kupicha (1984) but remained unplaced in her treatment. Despite similar pollinarium morphology, she also excluded it from Aspidoglossum due to differences in corona lobe shape, or the possession of pedunculate inflorescences. Malawi: 1 taxon. |
