Description: |
Rizome creeping, up to 6 mm in diameter; rhizome scales lanceolate, ferrugineous, concolorous, aciminate, up to 3.5 × 0.7 mm. Fronds tufted, simple, firmly membranous. Stipe up to 10 cm long, pale brown, densely set with pale reddish-brown ovate scales. Sterile lamina up to 12 × 1.7 cm, very narrowly elliptic, apex tapering to a point, base tapered, margins usually recurved, both surfaces with ciliate ovate to oblong scales up to 0.8 mm long. Fertile lamina linear with a tapering base. |
