Description:	Perennial herb, growing from a tuberous rootstock. Stems ascending or decumbent, up to 20 cm long, slender, covered with spreading or somewhat appressed hairs. Leaves 1-foliolate, linear-lanceolate, acute, up to 9 cm long, sparingly hairy above, near the margins and on the main veins beneath, densely glandular beneath; venation slightly raised on both surfaces; stipules 4–8 mm long, sparsely hairy, veined. Inflorescences axillary, 2–4-flowered on peduncles up to 5.5 cm long, with spreading or appressed hairs. Calyx 3–3.5 mm long; lobes lanceolate, longer than the tube, covered with spreading hairs and glands. Standard yellow inside, veined or flushed reddish-brown outside, obovate-spathulate, 4.5–6 mm long, pubescent and glandular in the median area. Pod oblong, 9–10 mm long, covered with ferruginous hairs.
