Description:	Perennial twining herb. Stems with milky latex. Leaves opposite ovate-triangular, broadly cordate at the base. Flowers in axillary pseudo-umbels.
Notes:	Although listed in A First Checklist of the Herbaceous Flora of Malawi (Binns 1968: 20) it is not cited for Malawi in A revision of Cynanchum in Africa (Liede, 2008).
