Description:
Terrestrial herb; tuber up to 5 cm long, ellipsoid or almost globose. Stem erect, with 2 (occasionally one) basal leaves and 5-6 smaller stem leaves. Inflorescence laxly 1-11 flowered; flowers white; lip 17-27 mm long. 3-lobed with an undivided base; side lobes of lip equal to or shorter than side lobes; spur 9-20 cm long, slender, pendent, usually tucked into the bracts and stem sheaths.
