Amphibious perennial herb. Aerial stems tall; leaves whorled and variously dissected; subterranean stems to 1 m, glabrous; leaves in whorls of 6-12. pinnatisect with lobes flattened or capillary. Pedicels 3.5-10 mm, usually longer than the subtending leaves. Corolla 8-12 mm, white to pale yellow or yellow at base of tube and mauve-pink above. |
