Description: |
More or less erect annual or perennial herb up to c. 65 cm high. Leaves spirally arranged, ovate-lanceolate to narrowly elliptic, 4-10 cm long, thinly textured, sparsely hairy on b; margin crenulate-dentate; petiole up to 4.5 cm long. Flowers axillary, solitary or in few-flowered clusters, mostly pale pink, white on the back with two spots at the base of the posterior sepal; pedicels 2-4 cm long. Spur 8-20 mm long, usually hairless. Capsule fusiform, 6-13 mm long, hairless or scattered hispid. |
